CM258, an internal combustion (CM258D, electric) crawler hydraulic down-hole drill, adopts diesel motor (electric motor). Hydraulic oil pump unit provides power for hydraulic motors moving, turn around, propulsion, exaltation and the angle orientation of oil cylinder. During drill works, only down-hole impacter exhausts compressed air. Compared with whole-pneumatic drills, the consumption of energy (fuel or electricity) is saved by 40% to 50%.
